HERE ARE THE DETAILS: The REPORTED property is owned by a firm led by Charles “Chuck” Kuhn, founder of JK Moving Services and head of JK Land Holdings. Kuhn has become a rally big player in Northern Virginia data-center development.

In 2025, his company sold of data-center-zoned land in Leesburg for $615 million after reportedly assembling the property for about $57 million. The site was approved for as many as five data centers.

There’s also ANOTHER massive deal too: Kuhn reportedly sold 124 acres in Prince William County to Microsoft for $465.5 million in 2024, after buying that property for about $46.9 million.

Vance claims he’s “paying the rent himself,” but taxpayers still have to PAY for the extra! Americans 100% deserve to know what this is costing us and whether there are any conflicts of interest!

Mullin says they're turning the eagle so it faces the arrows, representing war, because accordingly to him, we’re at war every day.

HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED: Patrick Havas, 38, is a man from Canfield, Ohio, who was arrested after an incident at a campaign event for Democratic candidate for governor Dr. Amy Acton. Police say Havas pushed through the crowd toward Acton while she was speaking, knocking people to the ground, including older attendees.

Acton’s security stopped him before he reached her, and Acton was not hurt.

Police say Havas was carrying two handguns and brass knuckles, and another law-enforcement account said he also had a Taser, but officials say he never pulled out or displayed the weapons.

Havas was arrested and booked on two assault charges and one disorderly conduct charge, and authorities are still investigating what led to the incident.

This is what happened: Earlier today, an Amazon Prime Air cargo plane overran the runway while landing at Miami International Airport, hit several vehicles and caught fire. Officials say at least five people were killed and five others were injured, including three critically. Investigators are now trying to figure out exactly what went wrong and caused this horrible crash.

FYI: Under the Trump administration and Sean Duffy, hundreds of FAA employees were terminated, including technical workers supporting air-traffic-control facilities, despite longstanding warnings about staffing shortages and aging aviation infrastructure.
