In an article on Psychology Today by Marianna Pogosyan Ph.D., she talks about using sisu as an ingredient for a good life. In the article, she says, “Sisu is clearly useful in winning mental and physical battles when faced with challenges. But it can also be a key ingredient in the recipe of a good life.
