Today is National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day and we are so excited to present a story telling program and community discussion at 4pm. We will be connecting the focus of this years' national theme for black history month (The Black Family: Representation, Identity, and Diversity) and the today's Awareness Day to have an organic conversation about how Stigma and Judgement have affected the Black Community as a whole and what we need to do as a people to bring healing to our intersectional communities as we all rally to continue the fight to end the HIV epidemic.
This program will be aired on the DC Center Face Page via FB Live

In this seamless two-part event that is both informational and entertaining. We celebrate virtually, as we will listen to the impact of COVID-19 on people living with HIV/AIDS. With entertainment including a DJ set, three incredible local LGBTQ performers, and DC's own Raheem DeVaughn.
