Pam was a pioneering force for women entrepreneurs nationwide, advocating for inclusive and equitable access and opportunity. She served with NWBC for three terms; her expertise helped cultivate national conversations around equity, business development, and economic empowerment for women. For over a decade, Pam was likewise a relentless champion for women entrepreneurs in WBENC. She led with passion, purpose, and heart—connecting with people personally, believing deeply in the power of community, and inspiring us all with her remarkable energy, integrity, and genuine care for others. Overall, Pam exemplified her bold and unwavering vision of building a world where women-owned businesses could thrive and lead. She will be deeply missed.
