The UN Secretary-General "strongly" condemned Israel's strike against Hezbollah's command center in Beirut but was curiously silent about the earlier terrorist group's attacks on northern Israel that precipitated the IDF action.

Days ago, he posted that the UN's "promise" is that, "when bombs fall...someone will reach out a hand." Unless, it seems, those bombs fall on Israelis, in which case it will be ignored or, even worse, justified.

Hezbollah is making a mockery of peace. On the day the U.S. and Iran will supposedly sign a peace agreement, tens of thousands of Israelis are sheltering from expected Iranian rocket attacks.

We support Israelis directly impacted, and all of Israel, as Iran’s ongoing effort to “wipe Israel off the map” never ends. IDF defensive strikes against Hezbollah are justified to keep Israelis safe.

Anne Frank was born in Frankfurt on June 12, 1929. On this very same day in 1942, on her 13th birthday, she began writing in her diary.

She wrote: “I can shake off everything as I write; my sorrows disappear, my courage is reborn.”

Her courage, optimism and faith in humanity will forever inspire us.

🏅 We’re honored to present our Upstander Award to PGA TOUR golfer Max Greyserman for standing proudly and publicly with Israel—and for calling out anti-Semitism when it would have been easier to stay quiet.

When Greyserman teed off at Augusta National during the first round of the Masters this year, he did so repping Athletes For Israel. A quiet detail, but a loud statement.

Off the course, he puts his values into action. Greyserman has organized celebrity golf auctions and fundraisers for the Youth Renewal Fund, which supports innovative education for underprivileged communities in Israel.

A proud Jewish athlete on the international stage, he’s chosen to use his platform for something larger than the game. He embodies what it means to be an Upstander.

With gratitude and admiration, Mazal tov, Max Greyserman! 👏

What does it mean to be Jewish? That’s a fundamental question B’nai B’rith asked Jewish leaders and changemakers as part of our Zero.Dot.Two Initiative, launched ahead of our 175th anniversary.

With more than 15 million Jews worldwide—just 0.2% of the global population—the initiative took its name from that small but significant figure.

Through the project, we sought to spark conversations about Jewish identity, educate audiences about Judaism, proactively combat anti-Semitism and highlight the Jewish connection to the State of Israel.

In our first video, CEO Daniel S. Mariaschin shared his thoughts. Watch here:

🎲 Think about the toys that defined your childhood. The board games on a rainy afternoon. The action figures. The dolls.

Chances are, the companies behind them were built by Jewish entrepreneurs—immigrants who arrived in America with little more than ambition and an instinct for a child’s imagination.

On this episode of the Conversations with B’nai B’rith Podcast, CEO Dan Mariaschin sits down with author Michael Kimmel to discuss his fascinating new book, “Playmakers: The Jewish Entrepreneurs Who Created the Toy Industry in America.”

Kimmel, himself a descendant of the founders of the Ideal Toy Corporation, tells the remarkable stories behind those toys—and the men and women who built them.
