THIS is an open & shut case of UNLAWFUL CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION. This is classic tyranny for today’s democRAT, and it clearly explains that they DO intend to come for our guns, even if they don’t or won’t explicitly say it. Biden’s admission of what he intends to do with and to taxes is what every democRAT wants to do. Biden though, is fearful that he might get shot (a channel back to the revolutionary war where we had taxation without representation). He is likely correct, since people are showing that they are tired over government infusion into their lives. Looking at this article it may appear that Biden plans to focus on “large corporations” to effect his tax nightmare. However, if you understand anything about economics, those same businesses will simply raise their prices or rates, and you will be the one paying the tax. It’s also important to consider that any tax increase will not end with Biden. There are hordes of democRATS just chomping at the bit to tax everything under the sun. Biden knows, and rightfully so, that even what he has in mind is so egregious, so oppressive, so maniacally insane, even by democRAT standards that torches, pitchforks, and who knows what other ordnances will soon be at his doorway.

Biden is a LOSER, with a loser economic plan that he knows might actually get him killed. His handlers and fellow democRAT communists haven’t figured that out yet. The plan is so stupid that he can’t even muster the courage to say what it is. To say so puts the final nail in an already rickety political coffin. That said, let me chime in with this: Joe Biden, I TRIPLE DOG DARE YOU to lay out your economic plan, in totality, so that all the American people can see what you and your socialist/communist cronies have in mind. The U.S. Constitution specifically LIMITS government, at any level, from abridging your God-given right to worship in the manner that you individually or collectively choose. And, there are no provisions in ANY constitution, at any level, that allow the state to use "public health" or "public safety" as a means of abridging your rights. Hmmm, taxation WITHOUT representation. I recall that this concept generated less than desirable results for the people who tried to implement and enforce it. I imagine that the result today would be much the same. Commifornian politicians want everyone's money, even the money of malcontents. But, they want nothing to do with those same malcontents otherwise. I also imagine that this practice today would be [state] constitutionally unsupportable or sustainable. First, a little clarification…. Amendment 1 to the U.S. Constitution does NOT GIVE YOU the right to practice your religion. Only God can do that. What this amendment does is limit (PREVENT) government (Congress) from establishing a specific state religion, and prohibiting your free exercise of your chosen religion, whatever that is. Specifically, “Amendment I —
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

This is an amazingly clear breach of the constitution on so many levels that but for its seriousness, it would be laughable. Even worse, the court system (remember, this is Commifornia) has already ruled in one case that safety trumps (no pun intended) the constitutional limitations imposed on the state (federal or otherwise). These are issues that should highly be elevated quickly to the U.S. Supreme Court, and when the states are found to be wrong (despite their good intentions for “safety”) they should have to pay heavy fines for their overreach and constitutional violations. Additionally, let the lawsuits fly.

That is NOT their business. Think about it. A teacher calls cops to investigate seeing a product in someone's home that is legally marketed in all 50 states. Tyranny in the past has started with some innocuous action(s) by zealous and influential individuals, attracting the attention of others, and ignored by many more. Ignoring these actions though only emboldens the actors/perpetrators to commit even more heinous actions to get more attention and to remain relevant and in the headlines. WORDS. MEAN. SOMETHING. And, it’s high time that we stop buying into the leftist’s narrative on this one. On the very rare occasion that I see local or “national” news (read: leftist propaganda), I hear the talking head refer to members of the Senate, or House of Representatives as “leaders” or “national leaders.” Tyranny ALERT admonishes you and any political colleagues to STOP. IT. Yes, STOP. IT !!! They are NOT leaders. They are elected representatives, and that is all. They are supposed to “represent” our views, positions, and desires, and nothing more.

We must not make any more of these people than they are due. And, all they are due is that they are in Congress, the U.S. Senate, or in lower-level government offices with the mission of reflecting our values throughout their respective chambers — and that is ALL.

PLEASE STOP calling them leaders….
