Debate it day and night if necessary. The Senate once used the talking filibuster to force real debate. Bring it back and keep the bill on the floor until it passes.

Roy: "Congress has not codified H.R.2, we've not passed any immigration reforms that are permanent on H 1B visas or paused immigration, we've not changed anything to stop when people are coming here and vetting them for Sharia law and denaturalizing people who are against our values, we should do all of that, and we should do it immediately."
