This weekend I visited Beaver, a community I lived in for nearly a decade, as it’s working through the aftermath of devastating fires and floods. I brought colleagues from Congress, the state legislature, and the Forest Service to work with local leaders on preventing this from happening again, but also to show my friends from Washington what it looks like when Utahns show up for each other.
