Commerce Kids Commerce Kids is an independent, non-profit, NAEYC-accredited child care center, for children ages 3 months to 5 years, located in the Herbert G.

Hoover Department of Commerce building in downtown Washington, D.C. In addition to classroom and traditional playtime activities aimed at stimulating intellectual and emotional growth, Commerce Kids offers Power Tots (age-appropriate gymnastics activities), Spanish language training, soccer, and other experiences as part of its standard curriculum. Commerce Kids also benefits from the additional s

ecurity of being located within a government facility and has instituted various administrative measures (including badges and full-time monitoring) to ensure appropriate oversight and to govern access to facility property.
