Mike Roger: "Some have said the report exonerates the State Department and White House. It does not. Others have said it does not include interviews with key eyewitnesses from the Department of Defense and the State Department. It does not, but only because those are not witnesses that fall within the Intelligence Committee’s jurisdiction."

The report has disappointed some and infuriated others.
