On September 18 the DOL published an Interim Final Regulation (IFR) related to the lifetime income disclosure provisions in the SECURE Act. The IFR lays out both the assumptions to use for the individual disclosures and model explanatory language that must be used to obtain the liability protection in the SECURE Act.

Please join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, October 29 at 1 pm Eastern where our panel will first explain the technical requirements of the IFR and then the practical implementation implications, including systems changes, integration with current calculators, customer service training and other steps for implementation. We will wrap with an open forum to discuss comments to the IFR.

Our panel will include:
- Michael Kreps, Principal, Groom Law Group
- Neil Lloyd, Head: US DC & Financial Wellness Research, Mercer
- Doug McIntosh, Vice President, Investments, Prudential Retirement
