The Young Marines is a youth education and service program for boys and girls, ages 8 through completion of high school. The Young Marines promotes the Mental, Moral, and Physical Development of its members. The program focuses on character building, leadership, and promotes a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. Marine Corps'youth Drug Demand Reduction efforts.

🇺🇸 Last week, proudly served as the Official Color Guard for the event honoring military children. The ceremony featured distinguished guests and remarks from Max Lederer; Fleet Master Chief David Isom (SEAC); Major General Antoinette Gant; and Representative Don Bacon.

This opportunity reflects the discipline, dedication, and excellence our 8th & I Unit continues to demonstrate. 🫡

We are proud of every Young Marine who represented the program with professionalism and pride. 🇺🇸
