n an offensive manner, may be removed in ICE’s sole discretion. Examples of inappropriate content include:
• Personal attacks, harassment, or defamatory language
• False, libelous, or otherwise misleading information
• Profanity and obscenity
• Content from the exams of NCCA-accredited or ACAP-accredited programs
• Spam and marketing posts promoting exam prep courses/materials
Complaints against ICE members, NCCA-accredited programs, or ACAP-accredited programs should be raised in accordance with the applicable Code provisions. Repeated violations of these guidelines may result in the temporary or permanent blocking of the offender from posting on the ICE page, with or without notice. We will not delete posts or comments critical of ICE, NCCA, or ACAP that are stated in a respectful and productive way and that do not constitute personal attacks or accusations about the integrity or motivations of ICE, NCCA, ACAP, our volunteer Board members, Committee members, or Commissioners, or our professional staff – all of whom share a passionate belief in and work to support credentialing excellence.
