Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association

Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association The trade association for the fuel cell and hydrogen energy industry. FCHEA is YOUR voice in Washington. We write the brochures and power point presentations.

FCHEA and its membership are at the forefront of efforts to transform the energy network, through distributed generation of clean, efficient and reliable power. Fuel cells and hydrogen energy reduce strain on the grid and peak demand by providing off-grid distributed energy; they help us make use of natural gas to balance demand on the electricity grid and make more efficient use of our natural ga

s resources; they solve the problems posed by integrating intermittent renewable energy sources into the grid by converting and storing excess power as hydrogen for use on the grid; and fuel cell electric vehicles ensure that we can meet stated GHG reduction goals. We are leading the fight to secure the needed funding and government recognition for the critical role of fuel cells and hydrogen in our clean energy future. We are professionals with extensive experience and dedication, fighting for fuel cells and hydrogen on the Hill and in the Administration, and forging strategic alliances. We are writing the business case and creating a roadmap for what is projected to be a $200 billion industry in 2035. We organize the briefings and meetings on the Hill and with Administration officials. We organize the conferences and speakers that highlight our commercial successes and plans for the future.
