Black America's Political Action Committee (BAMPAC) BAMPAC is a registered unaffiliated non-partisan Political Action Committee. Today, it is among the top 25 PACs in the country, with over 137,000 donors.

Not only did Martin O'Malley oversee a disastrous multi-million dollar roll out of his State's Healthcare Exchange, his Administration over billed the Federal government for the State's ill-fated Exchange by over $28 million.

A long-awaited audit of Maryland's health insurance exchange has found that the state improperly billed the federal government $28.4 million as former Gov. Martin O'Malley 's administration struggled to launch what would become one of the most troubled websites in the nation.
