Defense Leadership Forum We bring together Congressional leaders, Pentagon officials, military commanders, & businesses to identify the best solutions to defend the United States.

The Defense Leadership Forum is an independent public service organization working to empower the security of the United States by identifying the best defense solutions. We work closely with Congress; federal, state, and local government officials; nonprofit organizations and professional associations; the business community; and the military. Areas of focus include: defense, homeland security, energy, clean technology, the U.S. Gulf Coast, and disaster response. The United States Leadership Forum is comprised of individual initiatives to focus on each of these critical areas, including the Defense Leadership Forum, the Homeland Security Leadership Forum, the Energy Leadership Forum, the Clean Technology Leadership Forum, the Gulf Coast Leadership Forum, and the Disaster Response Leadership Forum.

Register now for the 2026 American Small Business Contracting Summit, scheduled for July 1 - 2 at the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center in Reston, Virginia. The Summit is designed to connect America's small businesses with the U.S. Department of War and other federal agencies and offices. The 12th Annual Navy Contracting Summit is not happening this month. It's scheduled for November 16 - 17 at the Carahsoft Conference Center in Reston, Virginia. This year's Summit is called the Navy Outlook Summit because this highly-regarded national event will be providing the latest details on 2027 Navy and USMC mission, procurement, and contracting priorities.
