We’re excited to recognize ELC member, Chanelle Grosbard, for her meaningful participation on CJJ's Emerging Leaders Committee.

Her nominator and fellow ELC member, Audi Wodrazka Espinoza shared:

“Chanelle is a new member that brings life to the space. She is passionate about everything she does, does it well, is mindful of her peers, and holistically makes the ELC conversation more fun to be a part of. When the work can be a lot, a Chanelle helps bring the space back to life!”

Thank you, Chanelle, for the passion you bring to this community and for the impact you've had on your fellow youth leaders!

✨ Tell your story.
✨ Share what inspires you.
✨ Help identify the issues that matter most.

Throughout the month, we'll be highlighting the importance of belonging, dignity, and opportunity for LGBTQ+ youth.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, our commitment to young people continues. 💚

At CJJ , we believe every young person deserves access to care, safety, healing, and support, not criminalization.
This month reminded us that mental health advocacy is year-round work. We must continue building communities and systems that prioritize wellness, dignity, and opportunity for all youth.

To every young person navigating difficult moments: you are not alone, your story matters, and your future is worth investing in.
