Last week, we hosted our World Order & Globalization Hub Alumni Conference, bringing together 31 participants from 21 countries — including academics, advocates, entrepreneurs, policy experts, and politicians. 🌎🌍🌏
Through lectures, discussions, and breakout sessions on topics ranging from campaigning and international trade to emerging technologies, energy policy, and women in politics, participants collaborated on one shared goal: defending and strengthening liberal values at a time when they are increasingly under pressure. 📝
We are deeply grateful to everyone who traveled to Washington, DC to contribute their ideas, energy, and expertise. At a time of growing uncertainty, this conference reminded us that international cooperation, open dialogue, and a shared commitment to liberal democracy continue to inspire hope for the future of the liberal world order. 🫱🏻🫲🏽
