Height ES we take pride in our diverse community of learners and the diverse backgrounds of our families and staff. Our school is built on the principles of accountability, discipline, trust, and integrity. The campus consists of two adjacent structures, the main building which houses the elementary grades and the Annex which is home to the early childhood classes. DHES offers a curricular focus o

n inquiry based math, gradual release model, close reading, guided reading, and Creative Curriculum with a Reggio Inspired focus in the Early childhood grades. Active parental involvement is promoted through monthly structured activities and multiple informal opportunities.
