🏠⭐ There's no place like home and the Coalition invites you to join our mission of making home a reality for many of D.C.'s unhoused residents! When our director of operations James Freeny thinks of his own home, he recalls the sense of peace and security his space provides.

The 11th annual gala directly supports 's transitional housing program, which provides for the immediate needs of the homeless including food, social services, and even rental assistance.

A home is so much more than four walls and it's significance takes on many forms depending on who you ask. As we prepare for an unforgettable event this fall to raise funds for the Coalition's vital homeless services and programing, staff are thinking about what home means to them. 🏡❤️

For Staff Accountant Tara Walters, home provides privacy and the opportunity to indulge in hobbies like crochet and knitting. Tara's favorite thing about her home is also spending time with family.
