บีโอไอเปิดร่างแรก “โรดแมปเซมิคอนดักเตอร์แห่งชาติ” ดัน 5 กลไกขับเคลื่อน ปั้น “ชิปเมดอินไทยแลนด์ 2050”
สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน หรือบีโอไอ เปิดเผยร่างแรกของ “โรดแมปเซมิคอนดักเตอร์แห่งชาติ” ซึ่งผ่านการพิจารณาในที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายอุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์และอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขั้นสูงแห่งชาติ เมื่อวันที่ 7 มกราคม 2569 โดยมีเป้าหมายสำคัญคือผลักดันให้ไทยก้าวสู่การเป็นฐานการผลิตชิปของภูมิภาค ภายใต้แนวคิด “ชิปเมดอินไทยแลนด์ 2050” แผนดังกล่าวจัดทำร่วมกับทีมที่ปรึกษา Roland Berger และความร่วมมือจากภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อประเมินศักยภาพและโอกาสในการดึงดูดการลงทุน ตั้งเป้าดึงเงินลงทุนกว่า 2.5 ล้านล้านบาท และพัฒนาบุคลากรกว่า 230,000 คน ภายในปี 2050 โดยมุ่งเน้นชิป 5 กลุ่มหลักที่ไทยมีศักยภาพสูง ได้แก่ Power, Sensor, Photonics, Analog และ Discrete ซึ่งรองรับอุตสาหกรรมอนาคต เช่น ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า AI ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ และการแพทย์ พร้อมเสนอ 5 กลไกขับเคลื่อนด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ บุคลากร เทคโนโลยี โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และสภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ เพื่อสร้างระบบนิเวศอุตสาหกรรมที่แข็งแกร่ง
Thailand Maps Long-Term Semiconductor Strategy, Pushes Toward Full Value Chain
The Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) has unveiled the first draft of Thailand’s National Semiconductor Strategy, which was reviewed on January 7, 2026. The draft outlines a long-term plan to strengthen Thailand’s semiconductor industry and advance the goal of “Made-in-Thailand Chips 2050.” Developed with support from international consultants and collaboration between the public and private sectors, the strategy aims to attract more than THB 2.5 trillion in investment and develop over 230,000 skilled workers by 2050. It focuses on five key semiconductor segments, including power, sensor, photonics, analog, and discrete devices, serving industries such as electric vehicles, AI, data centers, and medical technology. The strategy also proposes five key drivers, including investment incentives, talent development, technology and R&D, infrastructure, and a supportive business environment.
