What a great way to start our Command Senior Enlisted Leadership Training on a rainy morning at Fort Carson, Colorado! We Jointly conducted the Army Combat Fitness Test with my fellow Command Sergeants Major and Command Chief Master Sergeants from around Guard Nation! Here are my results for those who would like to measure up against the SEL!

Release Push-up: 38
Sprint, Drag, Carry: 1:50
Leg Tuck: 6
2 Mile Run: 19:58
(I need to do some work on the run)
Overall score: 503 (out 600)
