I love being back here at Sonia Sotomayor Dual Language Immersion Academy because I always think that this is the school I needed when I started school way back in the dark ages. A school that celebrates the importance of literacy and bilingualism and rejects the idea that this enormous and diverse nation should have an official language. Today AFT is donating 30,000 books, backpacks, LEGO boxes, and tons of Immigration resources at the Allentown Community Event, kicking off summer.
