WE ARE BEING HEARD!!

LET'S KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING!! Now that we have sent emails to Mayor Bowser and the entire DC Council, it's time to specifically target the Committee on Health. The bill will be heard and voted on by this Committee in the Fall. Each Monday we will send emails (see script below) to one of the Committee members and their staff.

We need your HELP! The attached bill is proposing to eliminate the Social Work exam from the licensing process. https://lims.dccouncil.gov/Legislation/B25-0259

The bill is moving very quickly through the legislative process. The time to advocate is NOW!! We need as many signatures as possible from Social Workers AND District residents. Here’s what we need you to do:
