Чорабинии тантанавӣ бахшида ба 35-солагии Истиқлоли давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар шаҳри Вашингтон
9 сентябри соли 2026 дар шаҳри Вашингтон бо ташаббуси Сафорати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар Штатҳои Муттаҳидаи Америка (ШМА) чорабинии тантанавӣ бахшида ба 35-солагии Истиқлоли давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон баргузор гардид.
Дар чорабинӣ ёвари Котиби давлатии Штатҳои Муттаҳидаи Америка оид ба корҳо бо Осиёи Ҷанубӣ ва Марказӣ Пол Капур, намояндагони сохторҳои давлатии ШМА, сенаторон ва аъзои Конгресси ШМА, роҳбарон ва корпуси дипломатӣ, намояндагони доираҳои сиёсӣ, сармоягузорию соҳибкорӣ, илмӣ ва академӣ ва фаъолони ҷомеаи тоҷикон дар Штатҳои Муттаҳидаи Америка иштирок намуданд.
Дар оғози чорабинӣ Сафири Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар Штатҳои Муттаҳидаи Америка Завқизода Завқӣ ҳозиринро ба муносибати 35-солагии Истиқлоли давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон самимона табрик намуда, қайд кард, ки новобаста ба мушкилоти солҳои аввали соҳибистиқлолӣ ва таъсири омилҳои беруна, бахусус буҳронҳои глобалии иқтисодию молиявӣ ва шиддат гирифтани вазъи геосиёсии ҷаҳон Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон таҳти роҳбарии хирадмандонаи Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, Пешвои миллат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон дар роҳи таҳкими пояҳои давлатдорӣ, рушди иқтисодию иҷтимоӣ ва баланд бардоштани нуфузи байналмилалии кишвар ба дастовардҳои назаррас ноил гардид.
Аз ҷумла Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар 25 соли охир рушди иқтисодиро ба ҳисоби миёнасолона 7,7 фоиз таъмин намуда, кишварро аз гурӯҳи кишварҳои камдаромад бароварда ба гурӯҳи кишварҳои миёнадаромад ворид намуд.
Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон беш аз 60 фоизи захираҳои обии Осиёи Марказиро доро буда, айни замон сохтмони калонитарин садди сангу шағалии ҷаҳонӣ-Нерӯгоҳи барқи оби “Роғун”-ро бомаром идома дорад, ки барои рушди устувори минтақаҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ва Осиёи Ҷанубӣ нақши муҳим мебозад. Ҳоло Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон ба кишвари сабз табдил дода шудааст, зеро 98 фоизи нерӯи барқи ҷумҳурӣ дар нерӯгоҳҳои барқи оби барқарроршаванда тавлид меёбад.
Қайд гардид, ки ҳарчанд Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон 35-солагии Истиқлоли давлатиро ҷашн гирад ҳам, миллати Тоҷик тамаддуни 6 ҳазорсола дорад, аз ҷумла ЮНЕСКО таърихи 5500 сола доштани шаҳри қадимаи Саразмро дар Тоҷикистон, ки дар қад-қади шоҳроҳи Абрешим қарор дорад, тасдиқ намуд.
Сафир қайд кард, ки вохӯрии сатҳи баланд байни Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, Пешвои миллат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон ва Президенти Штатҳои Муттаҳидаи Америка муҳтарам Доналд Трамп 6 ноябри соли 2025 дар шаҳри Вашингтон ба густариши ҳамкориҳои мутақобилан судманди дутарафа дар бахшҳои сиёсӣ, иқтисодӣ, тиҷоратӣ, сармоягузорӣ, саноат, авиатсия, технологияи рақамӣ ва зеҳни сунъӣ, тандурустӣ, сайёҳӣ ва амнияти минтақавӣ такони нав бахшид.
Сафир ҳамчунин баён намуд, ки Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар пешбурди ҳалли масъалаҳои глобалии об, иқлим ва ҳифзи пиряхҳо мавқеи пешсафиро касб намудааст ва дар робита ба ин 8 ташаббусҳои байналмилалии Тоҷикистон аз ҷониби ҷомеаи ҷаҳонӣ дастгирӣ ёфтаанд.
Дар идомаи чорабинӣ ёвари Котиби давлатӣ (баробар ба муовини Вазири корҳои хориҷӣ) Пол Капур мардуми Тоҷикистонро ба муносибати 35-солагии Истиқлоли давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон табрик намуда, ба мардуми кишвар сулҳу субот, шукуфоӣ ва пешрафти минбаъда орзу кард.
Пол Капур дар суханронии худ аз рушди муносибатҳои дӯстона ва ҳамкории Тоҷикистону Штатҳои Муттаҳидаи Америка ёдовар шуда, саҳми Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистонро дар таҳкими субот ва амният дар минтақа, пешбурди ҳамкориҳои минтақавӣ ва ҳаллу фасли масъалаҳои глобалӣ муҳим арзёбӣ намуд. Ҳамчунин, омодагии ҷониби Америка барои идомаи густариши ҳамкориҳои мутақобилан судманд бо Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон таъкид гардид.
Дар доираи чорабинӣ намоишгоҳи мусаввараҳо ва нигораҳои таърихию фарҳангӣ ва табиии Тоҷикистон низ ташкил карда шуд. Ҳамзамон ба меҳмонон барномаи мусиқию фарҳангӣ бо иҷрои оҳангҳои миллӣ аз ҷониби навозандагони боистеъдод ва дастархони пурнозу неъмат бо таомҳои гуногуни миллии тоҷикӣ пешкаш гардиданд, ки ба чорабинӣ фазои хоссаи идона бахшиданд.
Чорабинӣ дар фазои дӯстӣ ва идона баргузор гардида, барои муаррифии дастовардҳои даврони соҳибистеқлолӣ, таъриху фарҳанги бойи миллӣ, таҳкими робитаҳои мардумӣ ва густариши ҳамкории Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон бо ШМА ва дигар шарикони байналмилалӣ мусоидат менамояд.
Ҳамзамон, дар доираи чорабиниҳои ҷашнӣ ба муносибати 35-солагии Истиқлоли давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон шаршараи боҳашамати Ниагара бо рангҳои Парчами давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон фурӯзон гардид. Чорабинии мазкур бо шарорапошии бошукӯҳ (салут) ҷолиб гардонида шуд.
Инчунин, бо ташаббуси Сафорати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар Штатҳои Муттаҳидаи Америка навори ҷашнӣ ба муносибати 35-солагии Истиқлоли давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон рӯзҳои 8–9 сентябри соли 2026 дар маркази шаҳри Ню-Йорк — майдони «Таймс Сквер» — 24 маротиба, ҳар соат дар давоми шабонарӯз, пахш гардид.
A Ceremonial Event Marking the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan Was Held in Washington, D.C.
On September 9, 2026, a ceremonial event marking the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in Washington, D.C., at the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the United States of America (USA).
The event was attended by Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Paul Kapur, representatives of the U.S. government institutions, Senators and Members of the U.S. Congress, heads of diplomatic missions and representatives of the diplomatic corps, representatives of political, investment and business circles, the scientific and academic communities, as well as members of the Tajik community in the United States.
At the outset of the event, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United States of America Zavqi Zavqizoda congratulated the attendees on the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. He noted that, despite the challenges faced during the early years of independence and the impact of external factors, particularly global economic and financial crises and heightened geopolitical tensions around the world, the Republic of Tajikistan, under the wise leadership of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, has achieved significant progress in strengthening the foundations of statehood, advancing socio-economic development, and enhancing the country’s international standing.
In particular, over the past 25 years, the Republic of Tajikistan has maintained an average annual economic growth rate of 7.7 percent, enabling the country to move from the group of low-income countries to the group of middle-income countries.
The Republic of Tajikistan possesses more than 60 percent of the water resources of Central Asia. At present, construction of the Rogun Hydropower Plant, including the world’s largest rock-fill dam, is progressing steadily. The project plays an important role in promoting sustainable development in the regions of Central and South Asia. Today, the Republic of Tajikistan is recognized as a green country, with 98 percent of the country’s electricity generated by hydropower, a renewable source of energy.
It was noted that, while the Republic of Tajikistan celebrates the 35th anniversary of its State Independence, the Tajik nation possesses a civilization spanning more than six millennia. In particular, UNESCO has recognized the more than 5,500-year history of Sarazm, an ancient site located in Tajikistan along the historic Silk Road.
The Ambassador noted that the high-level meeting between the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the United States of America, His Excellency Donald Trump, held on November 6, 2025, in Washington, D.C., provided new momentum to the development of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in the political, economic, trade and investment spheres, as well as in industry, aviation, digital technologies and artificial intelligence, healthcare, tourism, and regional security.
Ambassador Zavqizoda further stated that the Republic of Tajikistan has assumed a leading role in advancing solutions to global water, climate, and glacier-preservation issues. In this regard, eight international initiatives put forward by Tajikistan have received the support of the international community.
During the event Assistant Secretary of State Paul Kapur congratulated the people of Tajikistan on the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and wished the country peace and stability, prosperity, and continued progress.
In his remarks Paul Kapur highlighted the development of friendly relations and cooperation between Tajikistan and the United States, emphasizing the important contribution of the Republic of Tajikistan to strengthening stability and security in the region, advancing regional cooperation, and addressing global challenges. He also underscored the U.S. side’s readiness to continue expanding mutually beneficial cooperation with the Republic of Tajikistan.
As part of the event, an exhibition of paintings, historical and cultural artifacts, as well as elements of Tajikistan’s natural heritage, was organized. Guests were also presented with a cultural and musical program featuring national melodies performed by talented musicians, along with a richly laid table offering a variety of traditional Tajik dishes, which added a distinctive festive atmosphere to the event.
The event was held in a friendly and festive atmosphere and contributed to showcasing Tajikistan’s achievements during the years of independence, its rich national historical and cultural heritage, strengthening people-to-people ties, and further expanding cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan, the United States of America, and other international partners.
In addition, as part of the celebrations marking the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the magnificent Niagara Falls was illuminated in the colors of the National Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan. This celebration was complemented by a spectacular fireworks display.
Furthermore, at the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the United States of America, a commemorative video marking the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan was displayed in Times Square, New York City, on 8–9 September 2026. The video was shown once every hour over a 24-hour period, for a total of 24 screenings.
