In partnership with Model United Nations, Dreamers Alliance and the Sr. Sheehan Library, the College Democrats at Trinity Washington University presented the first part of "Real Talk : The Afro-Latino Conversation" series. Be on the lookout for the next part of the series, coming soon to Trinity Washington University.

"Pelo Malo, Bad Hair is a film that addresses race issues, amongst other things. Following the movie we will have a discussion about self-identity, colorism, and racism in the afro-latino community. Let's bridge the gap between african, african-american, hispanic, and latino communities"

Donald Trump will skip the upcoming Fox News Republican debate due to his pre-arranged speech at AIPAC's upcoming Policy Conference. Several Trinity College Dems and AIPAC Student Ambassador/ Trinity CDems president, Airen Washington, will be attending AIPAC's Policy Conference. AIPAC has confirmed candidates from both the Democratic and Republican Party speaking, so we will keep you updated on the AIPAC festivities as well as what the candidates have to say. We're sure Trump's speech will be interesting *rolls eyes*.
