Because of our sponsors, Prom Night 2026 was more than a party—it was a chance for nonprofit professionals to step away from the demands of the work, reconnect with peers, and celebrate the impact they make every day.

Thank you to Goldin Group CPAs, Hamilton Insurance Agency, Kaiser Permanente, The The Baldwin Group, and Nonstop for helping make this unforgettable evening possible.

Your support helped create a space where our community could laugh, dance, connect, and be reminded that those who spend their lives serving others deserve to be celebrated too.

We are grateful for your partnership and commitment to strengthening the nonprofit sector.

Strong nonprofit organizations are built on more than mission—they're built on people.

The Center for Nonprofit Advancement is conducting a brief survey to better understand how nonprofits foster team culture, workplace connection, and staff well-being.

Your insights will help identify:
• How nonprofits are investing in culture and wellness
• Common challenges organizations face
• Opportunities to strengthen support and resources across the sector

The survey takes approximately 3 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous.

Results will be shared with participants.

Is our Finance Committee focused on the right things?
How much risk should we take with our investments?
How do we compare to our peers?

The team from Raffa Investment Advisers has answers. Join us for a practical conversation on how nonprofits can make better informed investment decisions. And don't worry, expert level investment knowledge isn't needed.

Major donors aren’t just about bigger checks—they’re about building relationships that drive sustainable revenue. But most nonprofits struggle to create a strategy that’s evidence-based, capacity-aligned, and actually effective. This session pulls back the curtain on what funders really want, how they make decisions, and how you can position your organization to stand out.
