Congress must pass a real bill, not lock an outdated 2014 MOU.

As CAR Coalition Executive Director Justin Rzepka explains, the committee version fails to address the technology essential to repairing today’s vehicles and would preserve automakers’ costly repair monopoly.

Even REPAIR Act champion Congressman Neal Dunn, M.D. says the bill no longer reflects its original intent. Congress must fix it and protect consumer choice.
