The 2A Career Field Strategy team assembled maintainers, working group leaders, and senior leaders from across the force for a 10-day strategic summit focused on defining the future of Aircraft Maintenance.

From the Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) phase and 13 proposed specialties to the evolution of the Master Aviation Technician (MAT) track and retention initiatives, this summit helped turn concepts into a roadmap for action.
