Recently, the Office of Rapid Response & Prototyping (CG-RAPTOR) and the Office of Emergency Management and Disaster Response (CG-OEM) announced the release of the mobile Incident Management Handbook (mIMH) app—an interactive, digital version of the Coast Guard’s 2025 Incident Management Handbook.

The mIMH app is unclassified, requires no login, and is now also available in the Google Play Store for Android users.

The Coast Guard has launched a new tool to strengthen emergency coordination.

The Office of Rapid Response & Prototyping (CG-RAPTOR) and the Office of Emergency Management announced the Phase 1 release of the mobile Incident Management Handbook (mIMH) app—an interactive, digital version of the Coast Guard’s 2025 Incident Management Handbook.

Built for use in the field, the mIMH gives responders:
• Offline access to NIMS principles and operational checklists
• Interactive, fillable ICS forms
• Tools that support faster information sharing during incidents

The mIMH app is unclassified, requires no login, and is now available on the Apple App Store. Users are encouraged to share feedback directly through the app to support ongoing improvements.

Sectors Columbia River, New Orleans, and Miami have completed PRATUS World Tour training with the Office of Emergency Management and Disaster Response.

At each stop, teams received hands on PRATUS training using real world scenarios:
✅Connecting planning and coordination across response functions
✅Supporting workflows that reflect how incidents are managed
✅Reinforcing shared situational awareness across teams

Thank you to the Coast Guard personnel who took the time to engage, share insights, and participate hands-on. These conversations help inform how we strengthen operational readiness and coordination across the enterprise.
