The Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program is now accepting applications for paid 10-12 week government internships this fall! Open to all Fall 2026 Les Aspin students—no matter your major. 5–8 students are guaranteed a placement at a federal agency accessible right from Marquette’s D.C. apartments. We’re grateful to have Professor Deirdre Dempsey, a faculty member of the Marquette University Theology Department, spend the semester teaching in Washington, D.C. for our Aspin interns! Both courses take advantage of all the city has to offer by going on site visits to organizations and museums such as the National Gallery of Art.
