The Administrative Conference of the United States adopted four recommendations at its 85th Plenary Session yesterday:
· Effectuation of Awards of Monetary Benefits
· Drafting Regulatory Preambles
· Agreements Between Agencies with Related Regulatory Responsibilities
· Interagency Communication in Rulemaking

The recommendations identify best practices for improving efficiency, fairness, transparency, and public participation in government programs. ACUS looks forward to partnering with agencies to implement them.
