On February 13, 2025, the same day that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr was confirmed to be HHS Secretary, Citizens MAHA: Mobilizing Advocacy to Heal America filed a landmark petition with the FDA.

This petition calling for the suspension of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines due to unprecedented adverse events, and a full safety review, has been officially received by the FDA and assigned the Docket Number FDA-2025-P-0436.

Although the FDA is now legally required to respond to this petition within the next 6 months, we are hopeful that FDA action could come much more quickly to remove dangerous mRNA Covid-19 injections from the market.

Local Social Security Benefits Recipients that may qualify for the $500 stipend are encouraged to utilize the online portal to efficiently submit their documents for review. For those who may not have access to submit electronically, in-person data collections will be conducted on St. Croix June 13th and 14th, St. Thomas June 15th and 16th, and St. John June 20th and 21st. Once qualification has been confirmed, the case will be submitted for payment processing and mail out. Checks will not be available at the in-person event. Residents do not need to come to the OMB offices.
