Last night was Technician Jose Hidalgo’s last shift as the Wagon Driver of Engine Co. 11. After 13 years of dedication to the House and the citizens of Columbia Heights he is moving on to serve as a Sergeant with Truck Co. 7. His leadership and hard-work will be missed but we wish him well. Thanks for the good times Brother!

Engine 11, Truck 6 and Battalion Fire Chief 4 responded to 2000 block of Bunker Hill Rd. NE
after the 2nd Alarm was sounded. Units replaced interior crews on Division 1 and assisted in extinguishing all remaining fire in the Cockloft.
