The City of Washburn is accepting donations for the Bland family.
Monetary donations may be made through the donation account at People's Community Bank (Washburn or Seligman). Donations and needed items may also be dropped off at City Hall or Brinkman's.
Clothing Sizes Needed:
(15 year old male): Men's Medium, Shoe Size 8½–9
(13 year old female): Size 2–4 (tall and slim), Women's Shoe Size 8–8½
(11 years old female): Girls' Size 10, Shoe Size 2
Amanda: Women's Medium (8–10), Large Sports Bra, Shoe Size 7
Tony: 3XL Shirt, 40x32 Pants, Shoe Size 12–13

Y’all get signed up for our city wide yard sale!! It will be held along with the farmers market June 20th. This is gonna be so much fun. Shop local and find some great deals. $5 for a 10X10 space.

June 20th 9am to 1pm on Main St in Washburn.

The City Wide Yard Sale will be on June 20th. Permits are located at city hall.

If you would like to set up on main street there will be a $5 fee for a 10 x 10 spot.

The City of Washburn,
Missouri is now accepting sealed bids for upcoming street repair and improvement
work within the city limits.
Contractors are invited to submit proposals covering asphalt repair, resurfacing, patching,
and related roadway maintenance. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked
• "Street Repair Bid - City of Washburn,"
and each submission must include the bidder's full name, address, and contact information.
Bids may be hand-delivered to 321 Main Street,
Washburn, MO 65772, or mailed to P.O.
Box 110, Washburn, MO 65772.
All bids must be received by 06/12/2026 to be considered.
Late submissions will not be accepted under
any circumstances.
The City of Washburn reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
