EDIT: The county auditor has assigned the write-ins. They are still unofficial until the Canvass Board meets on June 22, 2026. The canvass board will make sure that all correct names are assigned to the correct write-ins.

We want to provide a quick update regarding the commissioner election results.

At this time, the final commissioner positions have not yet been determined because we had no one on the ballot. There were write-in votes cast. Those votes must be reviewed and assigned during the official canvassing process.

The Canvassing Board is scheduled to meet on June 22. Once the board completes its review and certifies the election results, we will know who the next commissioners will be.

We appreciate everyone's patience as the election process is completed according to state requirements. We will share the certified results as soon as they become available.
