The Ashland-Bayfield County Emergency Communications Center (ECC) provides 9-1-1 emergency call-taking services throughout Ashland County and Bayfield County. It is also responsible for dispatching emergency units and centralized communications to both counties, which includes 9 law enforcement agencies, 20 fire departments, and 14 Emergency Medical Services (EMS) agencies.
