Happy National Firefighters Day ❤️🔥

Today we want to give a special thank you to not only our very own Washburn Fire & Rescue, but to firefighters near and far.

In our small town, it’s easy to take for granted just how much these men do… until the pager goes off. And without hesitation, they show up—every single time.

Late nights, early mornings, missed meals, time away from family… all to make sure the rest of us are safe.

We truly don’t know what we’d do without you. Thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your unwavering dedication to our community.

If you see a member of WFD out and about please make sure to take a second to stop them and thank them for their service to our community!
