As we speak, our own Officer Coyne is escorting the team into the opening ceremony of the USA games. This past week, Officer Coyne had the very distinct honor of carrying the torch through Minneapolis for the final leg of the torch run as Rhode Island’s law enforcement representative. Good luck to all the athletes this week!

The 2026 Gaspee Days Parade!

With beautiful weather, smiling faces, and incredible community support, it was a fantastic day representing the City of Warwick. We loved seeing so many people lining the parade route and cheering on all of the organizations that participated.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate and help make the day so special. We’d also like to give a special shoutout to BJ’s Wholesale Club in Warwick for donating water to keep our officers hydrated on such a hot day!

Events like these are a great reminder of what makes Warwick such a wonderful community. We’re already looking forward to next year!
