“It is key to outline what a positive future could look like because sometimes these families don’t see that, and don’t have hope that there’s going to be a light at the end of the road.” —Krystal

Our Fair Housing Project team recently partnered with our Addison Community Action and Financial Futures at CVOEO programs to host a Landlord Connections Gathering as part of Fair Housing Month education, bringing together housing providers, advocates, and community partners for an evening of conversation, resources, and connection.

CVOEO works across the Champlain Valley and greater Vermont to address the root causes of poverty while helping people meet immediate needs.
That includes:
• Food access through Feeding Champlain Valley
• Emergency shelter and housing advocacy
• Financial coaching and small business support
• Head Start early education
• Weatherization and energy savings
• Support for survivors through Voices Against Violence

With over a dozen programs, CVOEO offices can be found in Franklin, Chittenden and Addison county, serving those regions and advocacy support across the state.
Basic needs. Long-term stability. Systems change.

Join our team, access resources and air, and support our work- all at cvoeo.org.
