Several people have called the library about donating to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in memory of our beloved Dolly Parton.

"Today, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has gifted hundreds of millions of books to children since inception of the program, and continues to mail millions of books each month directly to children’s homes, always at no cost to their families.

At its heart, the program is still rooted in the same dream that inspired Dolly more than 30 years ago: to honor her father by inspiring children to fall in love with reading, believe in themselves, and imagine all that their futures might hold."

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free books to children from birth until they begin school in participating areas.

We've had over a dozen new children to welcome into Dolly Parton's Imagination Library this week, and we're thrilled!

Any child in Richmond County from birth to age 5 is eligible.
