Graduate Services will be at GCHS to provide seniors with ordering information for cap & gown, graduation announcements, and other senior products.

Parents and seniors are invited to attend Ordering Night to:
✨ Meet with Graduate Services representatives
✨ Get answers to questions
✨ Review products and options
✨ Place your graduation orders

💻 Orders may also be placed online or by phone for those unable to attend Ordering Night.

Next week is KCSS Safe Schools Week throughout Kentucky. This dedicated week aims to empower schools to strengthen their safety initiatives through targeted activities and discussions. The goal is to raise awareness about various aspects of school safety and empower students, teachers, parents, and the wider community to take proactive steps in creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for everyone

If you, your business or organization would like to sponsor a child, multiple children, a family or multiple families please call us, 859-567-7644 or 859-567-3000 or email one of us.

If you are in need of Christmas Assistance and you live in Gallatin County and have students/children age 18 and under that are enrolled (or will attend) Gallatin County Schools please contact us through the means listed above as well. If your family meets criteria we will send you an application.

Do not hesitate! Christmas assistance applications are due October 20 and no applications will be accepted after October 30th.

Sponsors will be assigned the first week of November.

Interested in signing your child up to be seen by the dentist here at school? Scan the QR Code or use the link on the paper to sign up online.
