For 40 years, The Haven has partnered with our community to create a place where individuals and families can find safety, resources, and hope. From local businesses and organizations to volunteers, donors, community partners, our youth, and individuals who believe in our mission, so many have helped shape The Haven’s story and make it possible for us to continue being there for those who need us.

As we celebrate 40 years, we’re celebrating more than a number. We’re celebrating the relationships, partnerships, and community connections that have helped make this journey possible.

Now, we’re opening our doors and inviting you to come learn more about the work we do and the difference we make every day.

Join us for The Haven’s Open House on Thursday, October 1st, as we kick off Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Meet our new Executive Director, connect with our advocates and staff, and get a firsthand look at The Haven.

The last ticket to our 2026 Fall Fashion Show is waiting for you at Lillian’s She-Shed!

If you’ve been thinking about attending, now is the time. Once this last ticket is gone, our 2026 Fall Fashion Show will officially be SOLD OUT!

Tickets are $65 and include lunch, the fashion show, and an afternoon spent supporting The Haven and the free, confidential services we provide to survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual violence.

We are so grateful to our community for continuing to show up and support The Haven and the survivors we serve.

Our weekly needs list may seem simple, but each item helps provide comfort, dignity, and everyday support for the individuals and families we serve.

This week, we could use $25 Gift Cards (Visa, Walmart, and/or Food Lion), deodorant, paper towels, body wash/soap, hair care products, toilet paper and diapers sizes 2 & 5.
Donations can be mailed to or dropped off at our Administrative Office (102 Walnut Street Warsaw, VA 22572).
