Stray dog not located at the shelter. Please call the shelter with owner information, or if this is your missing dog!

We want to clarify the situation involving the injured dog brought to our clinic this morning after reportedly being hit by a vehicle.

She is receiving medical treatment while efforts are underway to locate her owner. Animal Control is aware of the situation and knows she is in our care. The individuals who brought her in are NOT her owners and were NOT representing a rescue organization.

We appreciate that she was brought in for help and understand the concern for her wellbeing. However, our clinic and staff have been subjected to harassment and threats, and the Sheriff’s Office is now involved.

Our priority remains caring for this dog and maintaining a safe environment for our staff, clients, and patients. We ask that people allow our team to focus on her treatment and avoid spreading unverified information.

She is a small 16lb black and white female dog.

If this is your dog or you have information about her owner, please contact our clinic or Animal Control directly.
