Fauquier Community Child Care Founded in 1991, FCCC is a school-aged, before and after school program, located in FCPS.

Founded in 1991, Fauquier Community Child Care (FCCC) is a nonprofit organization committed to providing affordable, accessible, safe childcare throughout the school year for children enrolled in Fauquier’s elementary and middle schools. Our quality childcare programs have grown to include an enriching summer camp designed for rising kindergarteners through 4th graders, and an award-winning teen camp program perfect for 10- to 13-year-olds.

After a week full of learning, collaboration, and preparation, FCCC is ready for an amazing summer camp season! ☀️🎨🏕️

Our team spent the week participating in team-building activities, creating pottery, organizing exciting field trips, and preparing our sites with engaging activities for the summer ahead.

One of the highlights of the week was becoming certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid through a partnership between Mental Health Fauquier and Encompass Community Supports. This valuable training provided our staff with the knowledge and tools to better support the mental health and well-being of the youth we serve.

A huge thank you to , , , and everyone else who took the time to invest in our staff and our program. Your support helps us create a safe, enriching, and positive experience for our campers.

Now, the countdown is over.. We can’t wait to welcome our campers on Monday and kick off an unforgettable summer! 💙

A huge congratulations and heartfelt thank you to Fauquier Community Child Care Care for becoming certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid through a partnership between Mental Health Fauquier and Encompass Community Supports.

The work you do every day makes a difference in the lives of children and families in our community. By investing your time and energy into this training, you've taken an important step toward creating a safe space where young people feel seen, supported, and understood.

When we are equipped with awareness of mental health signs and symptoms, and empowered to know how to respond, we are better able to support our young people with care and compassion. We truly believe one conversation can save a life.

Since 1991, FCCC has been an integral part of Fauquier County, providing an essential service to parents and giving children a fun, safe place to grow, build relationships, and engage with new and exciting experiences.
