May is Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚

The Warrensville Heights Police Department wants to remind our community that mental health is just as important as physical health. It is okay to not be okay, and it is okay to ask for help.

This month, we encourage everyone to take time to check in on themselves, support one another, and help break the stigma surrounding mental health. A simple conversation, kind word, or act of support can make a difference.

You are not alone, and help is always available.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a trusted friend, family member, mental health professional, or call/text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Let’s continue to support one another and work together to build a healthier, stronger community. 💚
