The event that I most look forward to as a school board member is our graduation ceremony. It's a graduating classes last hoorah together as one before they set sail (a.k.a A Viking, see what I did there) to write their next chapter. The LaBrae Class Of 2026 has so much talent to offer and will absolutely be missed. Here's to a very bright future. Congratulations, LaBrae Class Of 2026 🎓!!

LaBrae Class Of 2026 Baccalaureate Ceremony, held this evening and hosted by First Community Church of Leavittsburg. What an amazing turnout! I am thankful LaBrae continues to honor this tradition that has faded in so many other communities. It is my hope and prayer this tradition continues on at LaBrae.

Last Friday, HS valedictorian, Brett Marsh, and salutatorian, Liam Fiest, were honored at the Trumbull County Superintendent's Association Scholarship Breakfast hosted by the Trumbull ESC. Congrats to this year's top scholars who have demonstrated daily commitment to fulfilling their academic potential. Years of dedication and hard work being honored!
