Warren Elementary is excited to announce Amber Sturrock, RN, BSN, as our new campus nurse!

Mrs. Sturrock earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lamar University and brings 10 years of experience as an Emergency Room nurse. She has also served as the part-time nurse for Warren Junior High and Warren High School.

A proud Warren graduate, Mrs. Sturrock is married and has two children who attend Warren ISD. She enjoys working with children, being involved in school activities, and is excited for the opportunity to give back to the community and school that helped shape her. She is definitely a familiar face to many students and families across Warren ISD! Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Sturrock to Warren Elementary! We are excited for the care, experience, and dedication she will bring to our students and staff!

Warren ISD is proud to announce Mrs. Sharon Jeansonne as the new Principal of Warren Elementary School! 📣🍎

Mrs. Jeansonne brings 27 years of experience in education, including 18 years teaching at the elementary level and the past 9 years serving as Assistant Principal at Warren Junior High. While she has greatly enjoyed her years working alongside the students and staff at the junior high, she is excited to return to her passion for elementary education and the opportunity to work with young learners each day. Her commitment to building strong relationships, supporting teachers, and always putting students first makes her an outstanding addition to the Warren Elementary family. Mrs. Jeansonne is honored to continue serving the students, staff, and community of Warren ISD in this new role.

WHS Summer School Dates and Hours
Will run from May 27-June 12
Monday-Thursday from 9am-11am
Drop off begins at 8:45 am and Pick up should be no later than 11:15 am.
Transportation and meal are not provided.

WISD Summer Hours ☀️ Please note that summer office hours for Warren ISD will begin the week of May 25, 2026, and remain in effect through July 31, 2026. Normal school-year hours will resume the week of August 3, 2026.
