The Second brigade MC POW/MIA will again be holding their 24-Hour Recognition Day on Friday, September 18, 2026, beginning at 9:00am until Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 9:00am (24 Hours) located on the corner of Mahoning Avenue, NW and Market Street, across from the Log Cabin.

The Laying of the Roses at the Monument Park with the Honor Guard will be on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 1:00pm.

The Trumbull County Sheriff's Office Annual Car Show is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, taking place at 150 High Street NW. (Mahoning Avenue NW from High Street to Market Street and North Park Avenue from High Street to Mahoning Avenue. )

Set up for the event will be prior to the Gate Opening for the Car Show participants at 7:00am. The Car Show is open to the public at 11:00am and the show will be until 4:00pm and clean up completed by 5:00pm. Registration will be at the steps of the Courthouse. They are providing tables, etc.

ROAD CLOSURES TO INCLUDE:

Mahoning Avenue, NW from High Street to Market Street and North Park Avenue from High Street to Mahoning Avenue. Please note that Market Street and N. Park will not be affected.

Barricades are to be delivered on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the above locations,. The Trumbull County Sheriff's Office will be placing the barricades at the locations on Saturday, before 7:00am in addition to removing them after the car show.
