ASHLEY COUNTY COURT FOR JANUARY 16 CANCELED. Due to the winter weather event we are experiencing across Southeast Arkansas, considerations of safety for those scheduled to appear in court January 16 in Ashley County, both litigants, lawyers and staff, require us to reluctantly cancel court. Cases scheduled for January 16 will be promptly set for a new date.
